Pulse Music Festival

Sketches & Thumbnails.

  • Pulse was designed to capture the energy and emotion of indie pop music through a bold, immersive visual identity. The goal was to create a festival that feels expressive, vibrant, and inclusive, reflecting the atmosphere of artists like Tame Impala, Dominic Fike, and Lana Del Rey. The use of color and abstract dancing figures aims to visually represent movement, music, and connection.

  • Pulse is aimed at music fans aged 16–30 who are drawn to indie pop and alternative sounds. It targets a creative, style-conscious audience who value both music and strong visual aesthetics, and who are likely to engage with festivals as both a social and visual experience.

  • The design process focused on building a cohesive brand across multiple touchpoints, including posters, tickets, and wristbands. A purple and mint color palette was chosen to feel modern and expressive, while abstract dancing figures add energy and personality. The approach combined research into indie music culture with experimentation in color, layout, and form to create a consistent and engaging festival identity.
